The AML Intelligence Network Pty Ltd (ABN 44 696 407 600) operates AMLChecklist at amlchecklist.com.au. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect:

  • Email addresses and contact details you provide when accessing downloadable resources or registering for an account
  • Information you enter into self-assessment tools or checklists
  • Technical data (IP address, browser, device, session information) collected automatically

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide access to resources and tools
  • Send you resources or updates you have requested
  • Improve our platform and content
  • Connect you with Vendors if you choose to do so
  • Comply with our legal obligations

4. Disclosure

If you choose to be connected with a Vendor through AMLChecklist, your contact details will be shared with that Vendor. Vendors operate independently and their own privacy policies apply. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Marketing

We may send you information about AML/CTF compliance resources and developments where you have opted in. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails.

We do not send unsolicited commercial electronic messages in breach of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Our platform uses industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission and secure data storage.

7. Access, Correction, and Complaints
